Pool heating must be arranged for the entire stay, with a minimum 24-hour notice to ensure adequate time for heating. • Security Cameras: For your safety and peace of mind, the property is equipped with 4 motion activated exterior Ring security cameras and face outward to monitor the exterior of the property only. They do record motion when activated. Locations - Ring doorbell (facing out), corner of garage (facing out towards street) and back two exterior corners of the house (facing outwards into side yard towards entrance gates). • Parking: Ample parking is available, with space for 6+ vehicles (trailer parking is permitted) and additional street parking if needed. 🏡 House Rules Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with the house rules. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs or expenses: 🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the home or in the lanai/pool area. 🐾 No pets allowed. 🎉 No events or parties (thoughtful, respectful celebrations are welcome). ✨ No glitter, confetti attaching or taping anything to walls. 🗝️ Check-in is at 4PM CST and Check-out is 10AM CST. Early check-ins and check-outs are subject to availability and will incur a fee due to cleaning schedules if guests overstay or delay housekeeping. ➡️NOTE: This single-story property requires 1 step to enter. No interior stairs are required ➡️NOTE: There is an optional pool heat fee of $40/day and must be paid for the entire stay. The pool takes 24 hours to heat up. Please request and pay the pool fee at least 48 hours prior to check-in to ensure time for pool to heat. ➡️NOTE: Tampering with pool equipment, disconnecting the exterior Ring cameras, or interfering with the WiFi (which supports the Ring cameras) is strictly prohibited. A $1,000 charge plus any additional charges incurred will be imposed to cover the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged equipment. Monitored by ring our cameras are for security purposes (cameras face out, are motion activated and do actively record video). Locations - Doorbell, garage, both corners of the the back of the house. 💵 Additional fees and taxes may apply. Violations will result in additional cleaning charges starting at $500, plus any replacement or repair costs (cleaning fees that exceed the $500.00 are billed at $75/hour). Unauthorized late check-out will result in additional cleaning fees of $75.00 per 15 minutes. 📌Any violation of these house rules will result in the immediate termination of your booking and immediate vacating of the property without a refund for any unused nights. 🚫OUTAGES - We are not liable for: Any power outages or interruptions in electrical supply or internet outages or disruptions in internet service. No refunds or compensations will be provided for power or internet outages beyond our control. 🪳Our home is in a tropical climate where the warm humid air is home to Chameleons, Palmetto Bugs and other Insects. We have the property professionally treated on a regular basis but you may occasionally see one inside. This is part of our tropical climate and not a sign of poor cleanliness or infestation.

Neighborhood
That famous saying, don't judge a book by its cover is fully fitting for our neighborhood. Our home is nestled in an older community dating back to 1915. Lots of older family homes passed down from generation to generation with new builds mixed in between, such as ours. We ❤️our home and our neighborhood. You can feel safe leaving the windows open or taking a nice stroll down to the park located just .5 miles with a walking path and playground. We also have amazing neighbors. Our little street is like a block full of family, we all keep an eye on each others homes. It's a great little community we loved calling home.
